This is how I made my chicken casserole. I boiled the chicken breasts the night before with seasonings ( I used season all). You will need to shred the chicken real fine and this works better if the chicken is cold. I used 3 chicken breasts.
3 chicken breasts finally shredded
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
8 oz of sour cream
1 tsp of chicken bouillon or 1 cube of chicken bouillon
2 packs of Ritz crackers finally crushed
1 stick of butter melted
Spray the casserole (8x10) dish with non-stick spray
Layer the chicken in bottom
Bring the soup, sour cream and bouillon to a boil and pour over the chicken
Mix the butter with the crushed crackers and put on top
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
